Ingredients

  • 3 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into chunks (about 1/2 pound)
  • ¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon sugar
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth. Note: Refrigerate dressing in an airtight container for up to five days; stir well before using.
