²/₃ cup(s) sugar, granulated
15 ounce(s) 9" refrigerated pie crust (2 crusts)
¼ teaspoon(s) nutmeg - ground (may use freshly grated nutmeg)
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
3 pound(s) apples (or 6 cups sliced apples)
1 tablespoon(s) butter - unsalted
