Ingredients

8 cups thinly sliced peeled Braeburn apples (about 8 medium)

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¹/₈ teaspoon salt
Cooking spray
1 large egg white, lightly beaten
