  • 2 pounds medium-size Golden Delicious apples
  • Orange Ice Cream
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 14 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons orange juice
    • 11 tablespoons golden brown sugar
    • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
