Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups unbleached all purpose flour
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom

Bring sugar, cream, and butter to boil in heavy medium saucepan over medium-high heat, whisking constantly until sugar dissolves.
