Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled heavy cream
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ½ teaspoons whole aniseed
  • Master Sweet Dough
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons almond extract, divided
  • ½ cup apricot preserves

    • 2 cups dried California apricots (9 ounces)
