Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) flour
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • ¾ cup(s) apricot preserves
  • 1 cup(s) chopped pecans
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 1 cup(s) butter

Cream butter and sugar, add egg yolks. mix in flour, fold in nuts. Spread 1/2 of dough in a buttered 9" square pan. Top with preserves, then remaining dough. Bake for 1 hour at 325. Cut into squares and roll in powdered sugar when cool.
