Apricot Bars
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 2 tablespoon(s) soft butter
- 1 ½ cup(s) sliced almonds
- Filling
- ½ cup(s) dried apricot diced
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- ½ cup(s) apricot preserves
- + 6 more ingredients

- ½ cup(s) sugar
- ¼ cup(s) crisco
- ½ cup(s) butter
- ¾ cup(s) powder sugar
- 1 ½ cup(s) flour
- CRUST
Mix crust ingredients and press into 9 X 13" pan. Bake at 350° 15-18 minutes. Mix filling all but almonds. Spread over hot crust; sprinkle sliced almonds over mix in pan. Bake @ 350° 15-20 min.
