Ingredients

  • ¼ cup finely chopped honey-roasted almonds
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (11.5-ounce) can apricot nectar
  • ¼ cup finely chopped honey-roasted almonds

  • 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)

Combine the first 5 ingredients in an 8-inch baking dish, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cover and freeze for 45 minutes.
