Apricot Raspberry Pie
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups raspberries
- Pastry dough
- 1 ½ pounds firm-ripe apricots
- 1 ¼ cups sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 1 large egg
Place a baking sheet in middle of oven and preheat oven to 450°F. Whisk together cornstarch, salt, and 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar in a large bowl.
