Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 sticks (1/2 lb.) cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 ½ cups apricot preserves
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
    • ½ teaspoon baking soda
    • ¼ cup milk
    • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
