Ingredients

  • 1 12-ounce cucumber
  • Jalapeo-Goat-Cheese Hush Puppies
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • ½ cup red onion
  • 4 5- to 6-ounce arctic char fillets with skin
  • 2 teaspoons lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • ¾ cup coarsely crumbled sheep's-milk feta cheese
    • ½ cup fresh Italian parsley
