Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 18 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley
  • ¼ cup fresh Italian parsley
  • ¾ cup lager beer
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • Lemon wedges
    • Canola oil
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 6 large artichokes
    • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar with tarragon
    • 1 ½ teaspoons finely grated lemon peel
    • 2 large eggs
    • ¼ cup fresh chives
    • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • ½ cup crème frache or sour cream

Combine first 4 ingredients in processor; blend until mixture is finely chopped. With machine running, add oil through feed tube; puree until mixture is almost smooth.
