Artichoke Tart Recipe


  • 2 pounds baby artichokes
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • ½ cup creme fraiche (substitute heavy cream)
  • 3 large egg yolks
