Artichoke Tomato Casserole

Ingredients

• 5 cup(s) bread homemade or boxed croutons
• 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
• 1 teaspoon(s) salt
• 1 onion chopped
• ½ cup(s) butter
• 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
• 1 tablespoon(s) Herbs de Provence
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 15 ounce(s) artichoke hearts in a can, drained and cut into quarters
  • 4 tomatoes thickly sliced

Sauté onions in butter in medium skillet over medium heat untill transparent; approximately 10 minutes. Stir in seasonings and bread cubes. Heat for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat.
