Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 5 ounces arugula
Toss arugula with olive oil, lemon juice, and peel. Toss to coat.
