Ingredients
- ¼ teaspoon lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 5 ounces arugula
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Toss arugula with olive oil, lemon juice, and peel. Toss to coat.
