Asian Cole Slaw with Seared Scallops

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Chinese pea pods
  • 2 cups savoy cabbage
  • 2 cups mung bean sprouts
  • 14 sea scallops
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • ½ small red bell pepper
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 small pickling cucumber
    • 1 green onion
    • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
    • Ginger Dressing

Place pea pods in heavy small skillet. Add enough water to cover pea pods. Boil 30 seconds. Drain. Rinse under cold water to cool. Drain and pat dry.
