Asian Cucumber and Avocado Salad


  • 2 large cucumbers
  • ½ c chopped avocado
  • ½ c chopped tomatoes
  • 2 T low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 T seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 T orange juice
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 t grated fresh ginger
    • 1 t sesame seeds, toasted
