Asian Guacamole


  • ½ teaspoon Thai chili oil or Thai chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion
  • 3 tablespoon sake or rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 sweet onion, such as Maui or Vidalia, finely chopped
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and cubed
