Asian Marinated Portabella 'Steak'

  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, minced
  • ½ cup rice wine
  • ½ tsp. coriander seeds
  • 2 Tbs. Asian sesame oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp. five-spice powder
    • 2 strips orange zest, 1 inch wide
    • 4 medium portabellas, stems and gills removed, caps wiped clean with a moist paper towel
    • ¼ cup vegetable oil

In a small pan, heat the olive oil until moderately hot. Add the garlic, ginger, five-spice powder, and coriander. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring to prevent burning.
