Asian/Mexican Fusion Style Beans

Ingredients

  • Optional: Spinach
  • ½ Onion, diced.
  • White Rice
  • 2 Tbs. Vietnamese Chili Paste
  • ½ bag of Sargento shredded cheese (Prefer. mix of cheddar and mozzarella)
  • 1 can Goya Black Beans or Black-Eyed Peas
