Asian-Pear Sorbet with Thyme


  • 1.00 cup(s) granulated sugar
  • 4.00 sprig(s) fresh thyme, plus more for garnish (optional)
  • ½ vanilla bean, seeds scraped and reserved and pod discarded
  • 4.00 medium Asian pears, peeled and coarsely chopped
