Asian Sauteed Cucumber


  • Dash of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Vegetable oil to saute
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 squeeze or ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice and 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 scallions chopped diagonally ½' pieces
    • 1 carrot peeled and shredded
    • 3 medium to large cucumbers (seedless cucumbers)
