Asian Sliders with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • Salsa:
  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/3 c chopped green onions
  • 2 T chopped cilantro
  • ¼ c seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 t sweet chili sauce or chopped jarred jalapeno
  • Sliders:
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • 1 ¾ lb ground sirloin
    • 1/3 c panko bread crumbs
    • 1/3 c chopped green onions
    • 1 t ground ginger
    • 2 t minced garlic
    • 2 egg whites
    • 6 T hoisin sauce, divided
    • 24 miniature rolls (Hawaiian bread)
    • Pineapple Salsa (recipe below)
