Asian-Style Onion Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 1 cup sweet onion
  • ¼ cup green onions
  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    • 1 tablespoon oriental sesame oil

Place sesame seeds in heavy small skillet. Stir over medium-low heat until seeds are light golden, about 2 minutes. Cool.
