1 Place fish fillets in a 8x8-inch glass baking dish. 2 In a small bowl, combine pineapple, soy sauce and green onion. 3 Pour over fish. 4 Cover fish with saran wrap; venting on one corner of the dish. 5 Microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
