Atomic Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cup(s) water - cold
• ¾ cup(s) vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoon(s) white vinegar
• 3 cup(s) flour
• 2 cup(s) sugar
• 6 tablespoon(s) cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla

Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, and salt. Add vanilla, cold water, and oil. Beat well. Add vinegar and fold into batter. Pour into 2 lightly greased and floured 8" pans or one 9" X 13" pan. Bake at 350° F for 45 minutes.
