Autumn Gold Apple Salad

Ingredients

• 1 package(s) lemon (or apple) Jello (3 ounce pkg)
• ¾ cup(s) boiling water
• 2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
• Pinch of salt
• ½ cup(s) sour cream
• 2 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
• 1 ½ cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 2 cup(s) diced, Golden Delicious apples
  • 2 cup(s) Cool Whip

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lemon juice, salt, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat with mixer until smooth. Chill until slightly thickened. fold in cheese, apples, and whipped cream. Spoon into wet mold (or tube pan). Chill until firm.
