Avocado Aioli


  • 3 tablespoon(s) chopped basil
  • 1 small shallot
  • 0.5 cup(s) sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
  • 3 Hass avocados
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 seeded serrano chile or unseeded jalapeño
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
    • Salt and freshly ground pepper

In a medium bowl, coarsely mash the avocados with a fork. Fold in the sour cream, basil, garlic, lemon juice, lime juice, chile and shallot. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
