Avocado and Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • Coarse salt (kosher or sea)
  • 1 ear sweet corn
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ripe red tomato
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 scallion or 3 tablespoons diced sweet onion
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 ripe avocado
    • 2 jalapeño peppers or serrano peppers
