Avocado-and-Mango Salsa Crostini
Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 large avocado, pitted, peeled and cubed
- Salt and pepper
- 1 long, thin baguette
- 1 cup diced mango
