Avocado-Caviar Mousse
Ingredients
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) finely grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon(s) sturgeon-style caviar
- 2 tablespoon(s) snipped chives
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 ripe Hass avocados-halved
- 4 ounce(s) fresh goat cheese
- + 1 more ingredients

- 2 tablespoon(s) heavy cream or whole milk
1. In a food processor, puree the avocados with the goat cheese, cream, lemon zest and lemon juice. Transfer to a bowl. Fold in the caviar and chives and season with salt and pepper.
