Avocado-Caviar Mousse


  • 3 tablespoon(s) sturgeon-style caviar
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4 ounce(s) fresh goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoon(s) heavy cream or whole milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) snipped chives
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 ripe Hass avocados-halved

1. In a food processor, puree the avocados with the goat cheese, cream, lemon zest and lemon juice. Transfer to a bowl. Fold in the caviar and chives and season with salt and pepper.
