Avocado Mango Relish

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon minced jalapeños (seeded, if less heat is desired)
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup finely chopped plum tomatoes
    • 1 cup chopped avocado (1 to 2 avocados)
    • 1 cup chopped mango (1 large mango)

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
