Avocado Panna Cotta


  • 1 (.25 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup nonfat milk
  • 1 ½ cups nonfat plain yogurt (Greek style or regular)
  • 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
  • 1 Chilean Hass avocado

1. In small microwaveable bowl or glass measuring cup, stir together gelatin, sugar and salt. Add milk, stir and let stand 2 to 3 minutes.
