  • 2 slices (4 to 4 1/2 in. square) whole wheat bread, toasted
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 4 slices prosciutto (2 oz. total)
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 firm-ripe avocado (1/2 lb.), pitted, peeled, and thickly sliced
