Avocado/Tomato Dip
Ingredients
- 2 Roma tomatoes. chopped (I use a handful of cherry tomatoes)
- 1 avocado, chopped
- red onion, chopped
- ¼ cup(s) feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon(s) oregano
- 2 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) white or red wine vinegar
Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
