Avocado, Watermelon, and Spinach Salad

Ingredients

• 2 avocados - large, peeled, pitted ,and diced
• 1 cup(s) balsamic vinaigrette dressing
• 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
• 4 cup(s) spinach - fresh, washed
• 4 cup(s) watermelon - seeded and cubed into bite sized pieces

Wash spinach. Peel, seed and cube avocado.  Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice to prevent browning.  In a salad bowl, toss together the avocado, watermelon cubes, and spinach. Stir in salad dressing just before serving.
