Avocado with Savory Tomato Sorbet and Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 12 leaves cilantro
  • 1 small lime
  • 4 large ripe tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (preferably Tabasco)
  • 12 ½ teaspoons olive oil
  • ¾ cup tomato juice
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 lime
    • ½ teaspoon sea salt
    • Olive oil cooking spray
    • 2 ripe avocados
    • 8 baked corn chips
