Awsome Apple Snack Cake

Ingredients

• ¾ teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs
• ¾ cup nuts
• ³/₈ cup safflower oil
• 1 cup honey
• 3 cup shredded apples
• ³/₈ teaspoon nutmeg
• + 4 more ingredients
• • ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1-½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoon bran
  • 1-½ cup ww flour

combine flour, bran,baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg Stir in honey, oil and eggs Add vanilla,apples and nuts: mix well. Bake at 350 for 35 min.
