Azerbaijani Beet Salad

Ingredients

• 2 stalk(s) celery, chopped finely
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 3 can(s) sliced beets, drained and chopped
• 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped finely
• 1 bunch(s) cilantro, chopped finely
• ½ cup(s) Walnuts, chopped
• ¼ cup(s) olive oil

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Serves 6-8.
