  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 cups half-and-half or 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso coffee powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon dried chipotle powder
  • 1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate pieces
