Bacon Black Bean Dip

Ingredients

• 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
• 1 jalapeño chili, seeded and finely diced
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped
• ½ teaspoon dried oregano
• 2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, undrained
• 3 tablespoons lime juice
• + 6 more ingredients
• • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • Salt

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Drain all but 1 Tbsp. fat from skillet.
