Bacon-Wrapped Eggs with Polenta

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 6 ounces Gruyère cheese, grated
