Baked Eggs and Prosciutto Cups - Deliciously Organic


  • 8 slices proscuitto (my slices were about 6" x 3")
  • 8 teaspoons chopped leeks
  • 8 teaspoons grated raw cheddar cheese (omit for Paleo)
