Baked Eggs with Spinach

Ingredients

• 1 ¼ pounds spinach
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¹/₈ teaspoon black pepper
• buttered toast
• ½ medium onion
• 4 large eggs
• 4 8-oz ramekins
• + 3 more ingredients
