Baked Eggs with Spinach
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ pounds spinach
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- buttered toast
- ½ medium onion
- 4 large eggs
- 4 8-oz ramekins
