Baked Fish with Olive-Crumb Coating

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  • 6 lemon wedges
  • 1 (2.25-ounce) can chopped ripe olives, drained
  • 2 ¼ pounds red snapper or other lean white fish fillets
  • 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup chopped green olives
    • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
    • Cooking spray
    • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Preheat oven to 450°. Arrange fish in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with lemon juice.
