Baked Fish with Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic mnced
  • 1 ½ teaspoon capers, rinsed and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallots
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil

    • 1 salt
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil
    • 4 piece Tilapia or other favorite fish filet
