Baked Fish with Salsa Verde
Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic mnced
- 1 ½ teaspoon capers, rinsed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced shallots
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 4 piece Tilapia or other favorite fish filet
