Baked Fish with Spinach and Mushrooms


  • ¼ cup(s) dry white wine
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 teaspoon(s) oil
  • 1 pound(s) fresh spinach, well washed
  • 1 ½ tablespoon(s) unbleached or whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 pound(s) fish fillets
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ½ cup(s) grated white cheddar
    • ¾ cup(s) sliced mushrooms
    • ¼ cup(s) minced onion

Steam spinach just until wilted and drain well. Place in lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with onion, mushrooms, salt and pepper and oil.
