Baked Flounder Fillets in Lemon-Soy Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • two 6-ounce flounder fillets
