Baked Haddock With Lemon Sauce
Ingredients
- Fresh parsley sprigs
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Lemon wedges
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- ¼ cup whipping cream

- 4 haddock fillets (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 2 thin slices onion
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Place fish in a well-greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan; pour 3 tablespoons melted butter over fish. Combine water and lemon juice; pour over fish. Place onion on top of fish.
